Augusta was our grandmother, Guido’s wife.
We’re talking about Guido, founder of the homonymous Restaurant on Miramare’s beach a place where, since 1946, many people fall in love with Rimini seafood cuisine and, from 2008, has got a Michelin Star. Augusta was an excellent cook, able to create dishes and flavors we want repropose you today.
Starting with the housemade pasta to the classic recipes of a seafood cuisine almost disappeared, we use local fish and other products to try to tell you all the good and beauty of our land.
The tales of the elderly are the greatest resource for us to rediscovering traditions and being able to tell them in turn. These people “closed between sea and land” have developed a way of food life that has been able to give the cuisine of fish a flavor that has become custom.
To tell you this story, we have chosen a beautiful venue: a secret garden, within the Malatesta walls in the center of Rimini. A contemporary and elegant place and a family history. The story of a marriage that has dedicated its life to catering.
