The National White Truffle Fair in Sant’Agata Feltria is now in its 38th edition and is the perfect opportunity to visit the splendid village in the Upper Marecchia Valley, which boasts ancient monuments of high architectural value: the Angelo Mariani Theatre, Rocca Fregoso with the Fairytale Museum, the Convent of San Girolamo and the art fountains.

The Sant’Agata Feltria National White Truffle Fair is considered one of the most important fairs in the sector at a national level. The truffle is presented through a commercial and gastronomic itinerary that finds its exaltation in the delicious recipes that the restaurants present at the fair and those in the area punctually prepare for the occasion. The truffle is displayed and sold at the stands in the main square.
The programme of events during the five Sundays is very rich: Sant’Agata is transformed into a place where one can immerse oneself in an evocative and fragrant atmosphere, strolling through the streets and squares to admire the numerous typical products at the event. In fact, the fair aims to promote not only truffles but all the typical products the territory has to offer. The wine tour therefore brings representative wineries on stage. Among the most important events are the truffle dog competition, to experience live the exciting moment of searching for the precious tuber in the company of a faithful dog, and the award ceremony for the best truffle at the fair.
