Rimini all year round
from 09/03/2024 to 17/03/2024
Around the year 1014 Morciano di Romagna was first mentioned as a meeting and marketplace.
The fair originated around the Abbey of San Gregorio, founded by San Pier Damiani, and was considered a moment of exchange and trade between markets and farmers from the surrounding area.
The event was transformed in the immediate post-war period when the 1st edition of the “Exhibition of Local Industry and Craftsmanship” was held, where a series of agricultural tools such as ploughs and tractors were presented along with agricultural products and the sheep and cattle exhibition.
Morciano di Romagna organises the ‘Antica Fiera di San Gregorio‘ event from 09 to 17 March 2024. Here are some of the initiatives proposed:
-Exhibition of industrial machinery and vehicles;
– Presentation of agricultural machinery and equipment;
– Floriculture exhibition;
– An amusing Luna Park;
– There will be numerous temporary taverns, allowing visitors to taste the great flavours of tradition;
– Exhibition of handicrafts, industry, agri-food, trade and service products at the exhibition pavilion via XXV Luglio;
